Introduction

Wax Emulsion COW-6 is emulsified by special  oxidation polyethylene wax, emulsion formed under high temperature and high pressure. This product can be used in all kinds of fiber yarn and fabric. The product is suitable for waxing and softening treatment of wound packaged and skein, can improve the yarn surface smooth, effectively protect the yarn strength, improve the fabric sewing. At the same time, apply to the knitted fabric needle hole arrangement, can effectively prevent sewing needle holes in the process of production, improving the fabric sewing.

Dosage for Reference

Padding Process:  5~20g/L

Dipping process:  0.5~1.5%( o.w.f )  pad →oven dry →setting（100℃）
