Introduction

Super smooth and soft hydrophilic silicone oil RH-NB-8298-3 is modified quaternary ammonium multi-copolymerized polymer polysiloxane.

Application

 Apply to polyester and cotton fabric.

Usage Amount for Reference 

(1) Dipping Process:   RH-NB-8298-3 diluted emulsion  2-6%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-8298-3 diluted emulsion  10~40g/L

Package

 100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

 Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsifier: 20kg

Glacial acetic acid:4kg

Water:440kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8298-3 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 2 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

3. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 2 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

4. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir for 5-10 minutes;

5. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir for 5-10 minutes;

6. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir for 5-10 minutes;

7. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir for 5-10 minutes;

8. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir for 5-10 minutes;

9. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir for 5-10 minutes;

10. Slowly add rest water while stirring, add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic acid to adjust PH value to 6

Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.

When in cold weather, emulsifier is easily to freeze, heat and stir to thaw before use.
